We are looking for someone who can:
1. Hire as many as 10 people locally that can produce strong, consistent results.
2. Be able to manage and coordinate a team and track their progress.
3. If necessary, be able to hire people that can help our company AND fire people that are not producing results.
4. Experienced in Google Sheets, HTML, CSS, and JSON (any other similar knowledge will be considered)
Key things we want in our Project Managers:
-All the employees you hired must work efficiently, even on dull tasks - mostly data entry.
-You must be able to multi-task and find solutions on your own.
-You must be ruthless and fire people based on objective output.
-You must be capable of analyzing data and suggesting changes based on the metrics you see.
-You must create a system for delegation within the first week.
For example, if a project was expected to be completed on Thursday, and it's not finished by Friday night - then we expect your team to work throughout the weekend until it's complete.
