Coding First is seeking a scientifically adventurous computer scientist or engineer with experience in Python or C++ and with hands on experience in RaspberryPi. The teacher will engage on teaching programming to students aged 5 to 18 on weekends and develop curriculum and projects on weekdays. This job is a full time job based in Chengdu city of China. The company is open to fund and create state of the art high tech projects and you will be having all you need (hardware and software, 3D printer…) to make your creation happen. Teaching hours are 20-30 hours per week.
- Advanced knowledge of Python or C++
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of RaspberryPi or Arduino is a plus
- Knowledge of machine learning is a big plus
- Understanding of face recognition algorithm is a plus
- Academic concentration in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Extremely strong self-motivator and self-starter
