Programmer/Developer - PHP MySQL, APIs, Laravel/Codeigniter/MVC preferred [CLOSED]

We are a small business primarily engaged in selling products via ecommerce. We are seeking to hire a programmer for ongoing work. We are seeking a part time or full time applicant (will also consider a freelancer) for long term, stable, employment. This programmer will help with ongoing development enhancements and maintenance to our websites, as well as work on new projects, some of which involve API integration. 

We are looking for someone with the following experience:
