Proactive, Responsible, Virtual Assistant Wanted for Digital Marketing Agency [CLOSED]

I am looking for an administrative assistant for my web design and online marketing business. This is a work from home position. Experience in working from home is required. Please do not apply unless you have 2 years of experience working from home. Online Marketing Knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Responsible, proactive is very important.

General Qualities:

--Excellent English Reading and Writing skills
--ability to clearly follow instructions
--be able to prioritize what is most important
--Extremely organized
--must be able to self manage and not have to be checked on regularly
--must be a native English speaker

Tasks:
--Check email, reply to emails, contact me if anything needs my attention
--Assign tasks in Asana (project management system)
--Develop systems and methods and procedures for commonly performed tasks.
--Talk with clients on the phone on occasion (perhaps 1-2 times per week, sometimes more, sometimes less)
Eventually, you will also take on the role of Client Success Manager. This will add to your duties, managing the performance and discussing with the clients as needed what can be done to improve their results.



--This is not an all inclusive list of duties. There will be other tasks along these same lines.

Must be available at least 4-6 hours per day during the hours of 7am-4pm Mountain Time Zone (USA) in the event I need to talk on skype with you and to manage emails that come in and assign out as appropriate and reply as appropriate.

Daily reporting needed. Screencapture software will be used to track time.

As we go on duties will expand.

Looking for somebody 20 hours a week or so initially and could increase based on your availibility and how much work I need done. (The hours is an estimate and could be more or less).

This is a 1099 position (contractor).
