PPC Specialist [CLOSED]

Part Time 13.00 - 16.00 USD Type: Hourly

Right now, Conversion Ally is looking for a PPC Specialist who's well-versed in campaign management with paid advertising including Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google ads and YouTube ads to consistently generate buyer & seller real estate leads at the lowest possible cost, as well as create ad visuals and ad copy.

The key areas to focus on will include:

✅Generate high-quality buyer and seller leads for the real estate agent’s at the lowest possible cost

✅Creating new ad copy and ad visuals that convert

✅Retargeting and A/B testing

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience managing clients' accounts for a company and has solid experience with generating leads for real estate agents.

You will have a lot of potential for growth in the role, both in terms of the working hours i.e. full-time, or to a more senior position, such as the Director of Marketing.

You will have 30-60 minute meetings every day for the first two weeks as training to get you up to speed on the role, and then after 2 weeks of training there will be two 30-minute meetings per week going forward (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) to go over weekly updates. Whatsapp will be used for communication with the team and Trello will be used for project management.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 2 years of experience generating buyer & seller leads for real estate agents/brokers
  • 4 years of experience with paid advertising on online platforms (Facebook ad manager, Google ads, YouTube ads, etc.)
  • 1 year of experience managing client accounts for a marketing company
  • 5 years of practical experience in marketing
  • Experience with the following tools: Facebook Ad Manager & Lead Forms, Google My Business & Google Ads, any editing software for ad copy & visuals

The relevant skills for the role include:

✓ Creating ad copy and visuals

✓ Creating new campaigns

✓ A/B testing

✓ Placements for highest results

✓ Pixel integration

✓ Retargeting

✓ Audience management based on campaign

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with Mailgun.com
  • Experience with Zapier.com
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
  • Experience in email marketing

What’s in it for you?

  • $13 - $16 per hour
  • Compensation for every lead that turns into a sold home for the real estate agent clients, this amount will go up depending on the number of deals done per calendar month
  • $20 per deal for first 3 deals, $35 for additional 3 deals (6 deals total), $55 for additional 3 deals (9 deals total) - potential for extra $330 per month
  • Fully remote and part-time (15-20 hours per week Monday - Friday) with an opportunity to move to full time
  • Flexible working hours
