Summary
An NYC E-commerce startup is looking for a Pay per Click and SEO specialist. This role will be home-based. PPC and SEO Specialist will work closely with Content Manager and Channel Development Specialist to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize all aspects of paid search campaigns on Amazon, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest), and retargeting networks (AdRoll)
Closely monitor daily search marketing performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve profitability while growing campaign reach within budget
Create ad campaigns for new products
Research, test, and manage relevant keywords, ad copy, and images
Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations
Assist in SEO optimization on Amazon and web stores
Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of search engine optimization and pay-per click experience
Must have knowledge of Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and the like
Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions
regarding optimization approach
Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding
campaign direction
Ability to identify growth/optimization opportunities by performing click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
