Hopstitch is an Amazon FBA business which brings high-quality, innovative products to the US market. Founded in 2015, Hopstitch works with suppliers to develop ODM solutions for their customers. Their primary imports are small home appliances and consumer goods.

They believe in quality craftsmanship and creative designs to provide their clients with practical products that will sell competitively in their marketplaces. Currently, they are working with the US market, but they are expanding to the UK, EU and UAE this year.

The small but professional team relies heavily on data and constant experiments, testing hypotheses and refining their intuitions. Because of the constantly changing landscape of the Amazon marketplaces, they continuously re-assess the workflows and strategies to refine operations.

Right now, the Hopstitch team is looking for a PPC & SEO Manager. Within this role, you will manage all PPC campaigns for different marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and continuously optimise SEO for all product listings.

  • Create monthly reports offering insights from testing and overall performance
  • Run SEO experiments regarding keyword placement in titles, backend search terms, EBC, etc. and document the experiments
  • Track listing-level KPIs to determine the effectiveness of various experiments

Once you join the company, the founders will organise an onboarding process for you to familiarise yourself with the company, the products, and the systems. You will also have an opportunity to hit the ground running by outlining strategies and setting goals for different products and marketplaces.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Solid PPC experience, ideally with Amazon and Google PPC
  • Solid SEO experience
  • Experience with Excel and Pivot tables
  • Organised and analytical approach to work
  • Ability to document and properly report KPIs
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and adapt it to the growing needs of the business.
  • Eagerness to ask questions and follow up when things aren't fully understood

Brownie points for:

  • PowerQuery and some skills in data analytics and visualisation
  • Experience with different PPC management tools
  • Basic knowledge of German

What’s in it for you?

  • $1700 - $2800 per month*
  • Full-time and fully remote employment
  • Fully flexible working hours as long as you are able to attend two weekly calls during the morning Western European Time
  • Quarterly budget for development/training in the form of online courses
  • Opportunity to learn any aspect of the business in which they take an interest
