Personal/Executive Assistant helping with Sales & Marketing Activities (20+ hrs a week) [CLOSED]

Part Time 5.00 USD Type: Hourly

You would primarily assist company president with Sales and Marketing related tasks. Examples of tasks include: - Sending out custom quotes to our customers - Updating the information in the CRM package (we use Ontraport) - Writing flawless emails in American English to customers who ask for information about our services and experience. - Managing blog posts from our Content Writer so that it get published to our Wordpress site and through social media channels. Here is a list of some of the tools we work with. You would be expected to know how to use these. We will train the right person. - Google spreadsheet - Wordpress - Ontraport - Asana - Trello We are looking for somebody who is a team player, and who could grow with us. An ideal person would be somebody who could transition into a full-time job (40 hrs a week) and also handle customer sales calls and webinars. List of things that you would NOT be doing: - Not doing customer support - Not doing customer service - Not doing technical support You are a Perfect fit for the job if you... - Are a proactive person (not reactive) - Can work independently and with little supervision, as you will work from your own place. - Have the technical knowledge and know how in order to manipulate data in Spreadsheets with ease - Have excellent fluency in spoken English - Can easily write error-free American English - Are trustworthy. You can handle passwords for confidential files and emails from our company, and can handle the responsibility that comes with this function. - Are dependable. You can keep time like an American...or even better, like a German! - Would like to work closely with an entrepreneur in a growing business, and be eager to learn new things. (For example, this would be a good mentorship for somebody who is looking to start their own online business someday). - Able to work with a globally distributed team across many time zones Typical Working Hours - Monday through Friday - 20 hours a week (4 hours per day) - Work time will be from 12:00 - 16:00 GMT > 14:00 - 18:00 CEST > 15:00 - 19:00 EEST - Pay is $400 USD per month for 20 hours a week (or $5.00 USD/hr) - Payment is made weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
