Permanent Part-time PHP, HTML, JavaScript and JQuery developer [CLOSED]

Intermediate Level PHP, HTML and JavaScript developer wanted to assist in maintaining and developing an existing PHP/MySQL based SaaS software product. To begin the role is 10 hours a week. Working hours are flexible.

This role is for a permanent position. As our user base grows there is scope to move to full time. As this is an ongoing position we will be following up with references as per our hiring process (see below). Salary will be based on prior experience, in the range of US$5 - $15 an hour.

If you’re a high flying developer looking to use the latest technology for a project and then move onto the next big thing, then this probably isn’t the job for you. But if you’re interested in a reliable, long-term role, using dependable established technologies then we want to hear from you.

We use:

• Slack for communication
• Hubstaff for time tracking
• Mantis and Asana for project management/bug tracking

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Core PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and JQuery
• Experience in web development, particular database driven backend design
• Self motivated and friendly
• Attention to detail
• English level to be able to communicate effectively with other members of the team (this role is not customer facing)
