Part time virtual assistant for research, marketing and admin [CLOSED]

I 'm looking for an experienced VA who wants to add a new part-time client for roughly 40 hours per month.

The main areas of the business you will assist with are sales, marketing, client on-boarding and general administration. It will include a mix of regular weekly tasks and one-off projects.

Tasks will include:

• Finding new prospects for outbound lead generation

• Finding and monitoring online groups and forums for brand interaction

• Sending, responding and organising messages within the lead generation process

• Researching content ideas and angles for new clients

• Research for Blockchain Copywriter whitepapers, reports and articles

• Finding new guest post opportunities for link building

• Posting to social channels and within online forums or groups

• Building, testing and sending the monthly newsletter


What I’m looking for:

• Someone that can demonstrate specific experience across at least half of the tasks outlined above.

• Someone who is already working part-time, with capacity to add at least 40 hours per month to their workload.

• Someone who is interested in the possibility of taking on more work if the company grows.

• Someone who is organised, has a good attention to detail and can work autonomously from a short weekly briefing call.

• Someone whose written English is very good, even if their spoken English is less so.


Some nice to haves:

• An interest in blockchain networks, cryptocurrencies or fintech.

• Basic image/graphic editing skills (for example using Photoshop, Illustrator or GIMP)

• Experience of Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter advertising.
