✨ What You'll Do:
Lead Management
- Be the first point of contact for incoming website leads.
- Qualify leads, understand their needs, and clearly explain our tailored HR solutions.
Proposal Creation
- Develop and deliver customized proposals in collaboration with our internal teams, ensuring they align with client needs.
Lead Generation
- Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, driving lead generation.
- Engage with decision-makers and initiate conversations about our services.
Client Engagement
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, addressing their needs and guiding them from initial contact to deal closure.
CRM Management (Pipedrive)
- Use Pipedrive to manage leads, track sales pipeline stages, and ensure data accuracy.
- Report on sales progress and provide updates to the CEO.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO and internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Offer feedback on lead quality and market trends to refine our strategies.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience, especially in HR services or consulting.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM to manage and track leads.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and close deals.
- Expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to meet sales targets.

- Experience in HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales automation tools.
