About the role

We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

You will be responsible for the full management cycle: strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting. You’ll work closely with leadership and other team members to ensure paid media is aligned with client goals and overall marketing strategies.

Tools you will be using include Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).

This is a full-time, remote role with a long-term opportunity for career growth.

About you

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of paid media channels, takes ownership of campaign performance, and has a passion for driving measurable results.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns with monthly ad budgets between £5K–£50K.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Meta Ads Certifications
  • Knowledge of attribution models.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.

You will be working UK hours (with some flexibility) and expected to have good overlap with the UK business day.
