About the role

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Outreach and Partnerships Manager who is full of ideas and has media and digital industry contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

About you

Within this role, you will:

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and client communications
  • Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s vision and guidelines
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

Within this exciting and dynamic role, you’ll be working fully remotely with a talented and ambitious team of people who love doing what they do. You’ll play an important role within the organization, at the same time contributing to a future where more entrepreneurs can make a bigger impact.

During the first few weeks, the team counts on your experience and you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, but you’ll have full support from the CEO.

This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to have a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with American teams working within EST time zones.

Start date: March 1st

 To be a successful candidate, you need:

  • 2+ years of experience in outreach and/or partnership management 
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Previous experience making a significant contribution to the lead generation process and providing significant growth to business
  • Proven track record of previous outreach and partnership experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Networking aptitude
  • Great multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Brownie points for having a BA or an MA in a related field, and/or business coaching experience

This role will play an integral part in growing the business, so it’s important that you’re a self-starter and a team player who can hold yourself and others accountable. You also need to have a positive attitude and get along well with others.

  • 1,500 - 2,500 Euro per month depending on skills and experience
  • Full-time & fully remote position
  • Flexible working hours with a mandatory overlap between 1PM and 6PM CET Monday to Friday (8 hours)
