We are a website design and SEO agency that works with property management and real estate businesses in the United States. We are in need of an outgoing and positive outbound sales rep that can help us add more clients and grow our business (you will be rewarded for helping us grow)

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an outbound sales rep who can drive our B2B sales through new client acquisition. Your main job will be calling and emailing potential clients to get them interested in a free consultation for our services.

Your main responsibilities as a Business Development/Sales Rep will include:

• Conducting both inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers and existing clients during which you will explain and sell our services
• Performing consultations/analysis for potential clients
• Tracking and maintaining communication with potential customers, existing clients, and the team
• Anticipating and communicating order fulfillment problems
• Providing updates on clients status
• Managing the customer acquisition process through negotiation until a sale has been made
• Maintaining regular and timely customer communication
• Keeping track of all sales

Work schedule:

• Full-time position (6 hours a day, Mon-Fri)
• Mostly flexible hours – you manage your own working hours, but keep in mind that all of our clients are US-based and we work around their schedule.
• You will be using TimeDoctor to track your hours.

Pay:

Fixed Monthly Salary: $1,200.00 USD (M-F, 6 hours per day)

Extra Commissions based on sales: $400 - $2,000+ USD per month

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications of our ideal candidate:

• Interested in a long term commitment (6+ months, ideally forever!)
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Used to remote work and self motivated (doesn't need to be babysat)
• Experienced in managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Problem solver and forward thinker
• Familiar with G Suite, web design, and SEO knowledge
• Possesses a basic understanding of site metrics (domain authority, domain rating, backlinks, and organic traffic)
• Keen to learn more about SEO/Marketing

Extra points for:

• Experience in sales and, more specifically, sales of SEO products
