About the role

In this technical role, you will ensure email deliverability and data accuracy. Which in turn will increase the outbound/email throughput on a daily basis.

Part webmaster and part lead generation specialist.

You will create email accounts and domain setup/warm-up to ensure the deliverability of outbound emails and ensure the data quality of our leads to prevent bounced emails and blocks. This role requires strong data analytics skills and knowledge of sales AI tools such as Clay/Instantly. 

The analyst will ensure consistency and accuracy of our leads data. This is done by first finding the leads data, including but not limited to emails, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and phone calls/SMS. Making sure the leads data are accurate by verifying  it’s relation to the brand.

Technical Fit

Should have:

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheet skills (Pivot Table, Vlookups at a minimum)
  • Be comfortable with large dataset with 10K+ rows
  • Experience with different CRM tools such as Pipedrive or Hubspout
  • Lead Generation, able to research for emails, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), based on incomplete data
  • Know how to set up custom domain via advance DNS via namecheap, godaddy or the like
  • Know how to setup emails with custom domain via Gmail, Outlook or Amazon Workmail
  • Know how to use LinkedIn Sales navigator, Linkedin for B2B research
  • Able to workout related technical troubleshooting on their own
  • Have used leverage AI tools (Clay, ChatGPT and MAKE) for prospecting and research
  • Use outbound email marketing software such as Quickmail, Mailshake, Instantly and the like
  • Experience with cold email campaigns at scale

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure accuracy of the lead’s email and social media data
  • Set up cold outreach tech stack to maximize open rates and tracking
  • Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates
  • Creating new domans and emails to maintain deliverability rates and daily email output
  • Update and ensure CRM database accuracy
  • Strategy and execution for lead generation via marketing automation
  • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Funnel leads data into email outbound software such as Instantly, Quickmail or the like
