If you want to join our team of A-players, you’ll be glad to know that 2X is looking to hire an Operations Systems Specialist to support the Operations Team and create world-class assets for their coaches to use with clients.

The systems you will build will expose you to a huge amount of business knowledge and will drive your skillset and knowledge base through the roof! You will not be micromanaged; instead, you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks and develop professionally with the support of a professional team.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

✔️Develop systems for the Operations and Fulfilment Departments

✔️Provide support for the Operations Department and ensure it is running smoothly

✔️Produce one key fulfilment system/asset per month

✔️Develop HR and Financial Systems

✔️Develop templates and systems for the clients to use in growing their business

✔️Assist other departments with systems building and maintenance as needed

Although 2X counts on your experience, the team will organize onboarding, training & support for you, especially in the first month. You will also hit the ground running by building two key systems - 1 in Fulfilment and 1 in Operations.

The key aspect of your role will be to take a brief and turn it into a functional system anyone can use. Therefore, as a successful candidate for this position, you will need to have:

• Solid experience with operations and project management
• Thorough understanding of systems building and SOPs
• Solid experience with project management tools

• Experience with Agile development
• Experience in HR or Finance Operations

What’s in it for you?

• $2000 - $2500* per month depending on skills and experience
• Full-time position - Monday to Friday ~ 40 hours per week
• Work from home, or anywhere you prefer: it is not important where you are as long as 2X has an A-player team member interested in being part of their team for the long-term
• Mandatory working hours before 12 PM CST with some degree of flexibility
