English with Lucy is an English language education business that teaches English as a second language to students all over the world. We provide free educational videos on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, as well as paid English courses on the English with Lucy website. Since starting in 2016, we’ve amassed over 10 million followers across our various social media platforms. Our team is fully-remote, spanning from China, to Poland, to Mexico. We are a friendly and creative bunch of teachers, editors, and copywriters.

Job Description:

English with Lucy is growing, and we need an organisational superstar to keep us on the road to success, and keep our customers happy! This role will require you to take over our customer service, manage our project tracking systems, as well as work closely with the CEOs Lucy & William to handle their emails and calendars. This is a role that would suit an applicant who is super organised, with an eye for improving operational systems and processes, and the ability to adapt to different email, course creation, and project management software.

An excellent level of written English is an absolute must!

More specifically you will be:

• Handling all customer service emails for the English courses
• Assisting with managing the email list & email promotions on ConvertKit
• Assisting with social media scheduling for Youtube, Instagram and TikTok
• Taking control of the CEOs’ emails and calendars, filtering out important emails and dates, responding when necessary, and forwarding on
• Managing the teachers’ and editors’ project tracking on Asana
• Formatting and uploading course content on Teachable (among other course platforms e.g Learnworlds)
• Creating SOPs for tasks and processes on an ongoing basis

What we need from you:

• An excellent level of written English
• Good understanding of social media platforms i.e. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Fantastic organisation skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience using online course launching platforms i.e. Teachable, Learnworlds
• Some experience with email marketing platforms i.e ConvertKit
• Experience creating SOPs and guides
• Experience using project management tools
