Java Blue runs a portfolio of multiple SEO sites. We focus on providing our clients with the best-possible well-researched content. We also refer highly targeted customers to our clients.

We are a small, but mighty team of 35, and we manage to generate over 5 million unique readers per month. Our future holds excellent potential for growth and a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.

Java Blue is continually growing, which is why we are looking for an Operations Manager to overlook & optimise ongoing projects and to make sure that nothing falls between the cracks.

As our Operations Manager, you will:

• Streamline and set up processes to run them
• Set up projects
• Overlook ongoing projects
• Answer questions from the team
• Help set up ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello or a similar project management tool
• Report directly to the CEO

Although we count on your experience and expertise, you will be trained by Daniel the JavaBlue CEO in your first few weeks, during which you will learn and streamline existing projects.

Tools we use for communication & work management within the team

• Slack
• GSuite & Google Docs
• Project management tools (to be set up by the CEO & new Ops Manager)

In order to excel as our Operations Manager, you need to have:

• Experience with Operations Management
• Knowledge of & ability to create amazing SOPs and processes
• Great problem-solving skills & solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with project management tool(s)
• Holistic understanding of online business
• Great organisational skills
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to successfully face new challenges

Brownie points for:

• Operations Manager experience with experience in Content Production projects
