Future State Media provides a range of digital marketing services for our customers that work with us because we help them to understand the marketing world and come up with cost effective strategies for them to succeed.
Our customers are primarily digital entrepreneurs who are operating in the eCommerce space and we're applying a mix of strategies to develop their organic traffic streams. We work in association with a paid advertising agency to fill this gap for our clients.
However - our business also operates a number of revenue generating websites of our own, publishing large volumes of content per month. We're therefore building an operation that identifies keywords and article opportunities, delivers on them with engaging content and continually optimises that content for monetisation.
Our services include keyword research, content writing, content upload and optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation (on page and off page), full turnkey management of websites - SEO and content, full website build services including eCommerce, website management (updates, security and general optimisation), Pinterest Management, Social Media Management, Collaboration Management (influencer marketing), eCommerce strategy development and financial modelling and eCommerce SEO.
Our team of 12 spread across the world from the Philippines, the UK and also in the USA (east coast) currently consists of:

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a really great Operations Manager who will drive all aspects of client delivery and operations.
With a solid understanding of Marketing and SEO you’ll ensure all client projects are smoothly executed leaving Ashley, the CEO, free to concentrate on business development and profitable growth.
You’ll ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our delivery of projects, ensure client reporting heads off questions and deliver insights and guide clients in the direction of the next logical steps for the projects.
The role will be interacting with the business owner and CEO as well as the team managing and measuring delivery.
