Lions Digital Solutions offers courses for different programs, from selling Amazon products & Airbnb hosting, to launching online marketing agencies. The solutions they provide are designed to integrate long-term development and growth for all of the clients they serve. They value innovation and initiative, and have built a team of over 100 people in the past two years, with plans to grow and expand even further!

The company is fully remote, with employees working from all over the world - Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, and North and South America.

They are a very ambitious and fast-paced team, looking for proactive people who take ownership over their work and are always looking to do more, learn and improve.

LDS is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the company and lead the operations. and build systems and processes from the ground up. If you are a practical, switched-on, hands-on, organised and systems-oriented professional, this might be your ideal role. It is also important that you are happy with executing most of the work as well as planning, design & strategise.

The systems you will build will expose you to a huge amount of business knowledge and will drive your skills and knowledge base through the roof! You will not be micromanaged; instead, you will be expected to take ownership of your tasks and develop professionally with the support of a professional team.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

• Review Processes to identify opportunities to Eliminate, Automate, Delegate or Simplify tasks to streamline how the company collates information and delivers services.
• Identify, propose, and implement software and tools to improve how LDS runs its business (Asana, ClickUp etc)
• Define and drive implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures
• Use tools like Zapier to automate manual processes to free up time and improve the experience.
• Define and implement key metrics for monitoring and reporting of the various areas of the business and implement them into regular reporting and review processes including the selection and configuration of relevant tools.
• Lead the team and set/review OKRs including prioritising ideas for action.
• Helping LDS make sure they improve every day.
• Implement, and continuously improve processes to ensure the company can grow and scale rapidly and successfully.

In your first weeks at LDS, you will have a chance to get familiar with the past work of your future colleagues and you will be given “light” tasks and collaborations. The company counts on your experience and expertise with operations and you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your role.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

• 3-4 years of experience setting up systems and processes
• Proven Operations Management experience with demonstrated success in at least one area of operational business growth, customer success and/or implementation of business processes and systems
• Experience making a significant contribution to the success of a high-growth business
• Significant process improvement experience including systems implementation and automation of manual processes
• Thorough understanding of systems building and SOPs
• Solid experience with project management tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
