Operations Manager - financial organization $500/week starting, $1500/week soon

You are organized and develop business processes

You have been a deal maker in the past -- perhaps in real estate. Perhaps you've run your own businesses.

Now things are not easy and you want to hitch a ride to a star for a remote job that is very long term.

We have people with us for 15 years and we look at everything very long term. We were established in 1996.

We are a small business with 23 people but we are growing fast.

Your job is to help us with entities we set up, and to help us set up contractual relationships, monitor them, put together business processes, and work with our bank and client partners.

This is a telecommuting position, always remote work.

You are detail oriented, extremely good at solving puzzles and figuring out new things, very technically adept and good with agreements and contracts, good talking to people on the phone.

Perfect English is a requirement, as is great Internet access. Having a background in dealmaking is a huge advantage too.
