We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant & Content Writer (Job Post Writer) to join our team.

Within this role, you will:

1️⃣ Create awesome job posts, including job descriptions and compelling visuals

2️⃣ Draft creative and comprehensive tests for candidates applying to roles

3️⃣ Assist in day-to-day operations & administrative tasks

4️⃣ Research new tools/apps when necessary

5️⃣ Work closely with the Operations Manager creating new systems and processes or optimizing current ones

As part of the training for this position, you will be provided with standard operating procedures (SOPs), recorded demonstrations on Loom, and the opportunity to shadow our current Job Post Creator and Operations Specialist during the first few weeks on the job.

This is a full-time position, the working hours will be around 8 AM to 6 PM CET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Fluency in English at a near-native level (a degree in English is an advantage)
• 3+ years of experience working remotely
• 3+ years of experience working as an administrative or operations assistant
• 2+ years of experience working with Monday.com, Click Up, or Notion, Slack, Canva and Google Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Resourcefulness and a can-do attitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and figure things out
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively use time-tracking software
• You’re tech-savvy, structured and organized

Along with creating compelling job posts and creative test questions, this role also involves a fair amount of administrative work. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with the less creative aspects of the job and be able to carry out these tasks with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
