We are growing our support team and have a vacancy for an Operations Assistant. Full time, however part time opportunity for the right candidate who wants to work flexible hours.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a person with excellent customer service and communication skills who wants to work flexible part-time hours. You will be provided full training for the role.

You will act as an advisor to ensure that entertainers become more successful on our platform and help those acts who have not completed the full steps to get them live on the website.

Your duties will include:

• You will contact members via email or whatsapp or phone to help them complete the signup steps.
• Assist with online bookings to ensure entertainers quickly respond to messages and bookings.
• Review entertainer's profiles and assist them with making improvements to increase their automatic online booking enquiries.
• Work with the management to help grow the number of live entertainers on the platform and the number of confirmed bookings.
• Update Excel documents each week to track numbers and growth.

Skills required:

• Strong English (C1 / C2 or equivalent) in both written and verbal communications skills
• Good people skills and customer service empathy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
