Pay: $1500/U.S. Monthly

Our company is Agents Invest, we help US real estate investors achieve their goals of building passive income streams through real estate investing. We do this through our online membership, 4-week training program, monthly webinars, virtual summits, and a referral program with real estate agents.
Our team is entirely remote (based in Europe and the US) and passionate about helping our customers get results. We’re looking for someone who will match our culture.
We believe anyone can achieve financial freedom by investing in 5 years or less, and we’ve got some exciting new projects in the works… so many that we need a hand to get them all done. That’s where you come in!
About the Role:
The Operations Assistant will be the essential support for our Operations Coordinator, executing projects and ideas from the leadership team. You will be fully supporting and assisting in day-to-day operations, systems, and processes, taking part in weekly meetings and reporting directly to the Operations Lead.
We’re seeking a real champion for this position: an organized go-getter, task ninja, and research guru to help our team thrive. We’re a growth-oriented fast-moving team which means we have often outgrown our systems and processes, meaning we need someone who can problem-solve with research and trial and error.
Example duties include
- Researching best technology solutions for various integrations and systems
- Schedule emails to members daily
- Sending SMS to members weekly
- Scheduling member events in various locations
- Generate various activity and summary reports on member activity
- Uploading videos to member sites
- Review membership subscriptions in Stripe & PayPal
- Perform weekly website backups
This is a full-time fully remote position so you need to be a disciplined self-starter that can manage your workload autonomously.
