We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Operations Assistant with a background in digital marketing or agency operations. The ideal candidate will support the Operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient day to day activities contributing to the overall success of our projects and client satisfaction.

About the role

What you’ll do or be responsible for:

• Assist with daily operational tasks.
• Manage communications and correspondence between different departments.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures
• Learning our approach to digital marketing, and then performing as the ambassador for that approach
• Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Maximising the efficiency of all business procedures
• Motivating and inspiring individuals to improve their performance and success

About you

Can you find yourself here?

• Proven work experience as Operations or similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• You have 3+ years of management experience (people and processes)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Experience in a digital marketing company is a huge plus
• Detail oriented

What's in it for you?

You will be required to undertake a trial period. You will be trained by our Head of Operations for the first three months and will work closely with them on a daily basis.

Starting salary: $500 USD-$900 USD, depending on experience.
