Looking for a full-time ecommerce manager to work side by side (virtually) with the owner and staff members via skype/ip phone on a variety of different ecommerce related projects and new online initiatives. Reasponsibilies encompass all aspects of our online presence.
Here's the requirements and reasponsibilities:
- Communication - English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work EST 9am 5pm
- Managing and setting up promotions (Mailchimp, dotmailer)
- Analyze online performance and report to Owner
- Oversee all inventory and adjust content as necessary (Magento, M2EPro, Ebay, Amazon)
- Monitor/oversee ppc campaigns
- Services we are currently using: Magento, Mailchimp, M2E Pro (inside Magento), Magemojo, Olark (live chat), Gleam, Justuno, Smartsheet, Google Spreadsheets, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Logical Position CRM for PPC monitoring, Amazon - Seller Central US & CA
Ebay - US & CA, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest), Dropbox, Photoshop, Skype, Wordpress, Serpstat. HTML, CSS - Ensure accuracy of all online content
- Graphic ability would be an asset
- Reporting of Sales, permanance, campaigns
- Develop and optimize brand SEO and keywords
- The ability to monitor and react quickly to web issues when emergency situations arise
