The position will be FT work, salary, and employee.

Working time is flexible but needs to be overall consistent each week during the work day and generally in line with 8am-5pm Arizona Time

About the Job:

We are looking for an Account Manager Administrator to work with our new clients to set them up for success through a clearly defined onboarding process. The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Account Managers to gather all appropriate information, credentials, and access needed from new clients. This includes a daily call cadence to customers to collect the needed information. In addition, the rockstar customer service specialist will be responsible for fielding phone calls, monitoring team emails, and creating tickets in Hubspot for website fixes for new and existing clients as well as monitoring Sr. Account Manager calendars to book strategy meetings.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

Some of the things you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating photography for our clients to add to their website
  • Calling/Emailing/Zoom chatting with new customers in order to gather the information we need from them to onboard them onto our process (credentials, website information, etc)
  • Project Managing websites to ensure timely feedback from clients as well as on-track completion.
  • Meeting with clients to receive client feedback about their website.
  • Monitoring the customer service email box
  • Monitoring the customer service phone line and scheduling meetings for the Sr. Account Managers if need be.
  • Monitoring text messages
  • Opening and managing tickets in Hubspot for website requests

Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for an “Onboarding & Customer Service Specialist” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

  • Fluent in English - You will be talking with customers a lot and have a high level of communication
  • Honest & transparent
  • Be able to work alone 95% of the time
  • Desire to work hard every day, go above and beyond, and over deliver for our clients
  • Being comfortable talking on the phone and not just sending an email
  • Motivation to keep projects on schedule and assertiveness needed to move tasks along
  • You must love and have a huge passion for people and serving others. If not you’ll burn out of this role quickly
  • Extremely organized, meticulous, detail-oriented
  • Excellent with technology, computers, and technical jargon.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of people: clients, admins, managers, owners, and third-party vendors
  • Ready to ask for help whenever you need it
  • Quick on email with excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce is a bonus but is not required
