Customer happiness manager
We are a US-based company in business for 26 years. We sell health products to men, some that help with sex and others with diabetes and other problems. You must have a HUGE interest in alternative help, an openness to helping people heal with natural solutions.
We are looking for someone to manage our support team and who is excellent on phones.
Focus is on retention. But it never gets boring — there are lots of things to do.
We look for people who want a career. We are not interested in people who jump job to job.
Some people have been with us for 15 years.
We function on US based time – and our support team works from 9AM to 1AM 7 days a week. You'll work out hours with them, as a cohesive team.
That means it will be late at night/early in the morning where you are, for some of your shifts.
