We are looking for a full-time to work on the performance development of our applications, in the Entertainment category.

Develop strategies that drive monetization (encourage the users to buy a subscription)
Analyse and define strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU)
Operate, analyse and monitor in-app actions (pop-ups and push notifications) within our portfolio
Collaborate with the product manager to develop and manage strategies that drive monetization in our different app niches.
Work with different teams to drive monetization strategies (designers and copywriters), increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies, identify opportunities and provide monetization reporting
Running A/B tests to optimize conversion
Consistently play our apps and competitor apps to discover new ways to monetize
Work closely with the other internal App team to stay alert of all the upcoming improvements in the apps
Knowledge of the mobile application industry
Strong analytical skills
Curiosity, autonomy and organizational skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Perfectly fluent in English

Green Tomato Media's Mobile Applications business unit is growing fast. Since 2018, we reached 20 million applications downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store and there is still a huge growth potential.
