Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer (Part-Time) (React / Next.js) [CLOSED]

Wunderstock is a stock photo platform making the world a better place-- one image at a time. We’re looking for a part-time full-stack Javascript developer (flexible / remote) to improve performance, add new features, and take our site to the next level.

About the Site

Wunderstock is a growing image community with about 20k images hosted on Cloudfront. We integrate with the Flickr API to provide access to 3+ million open source images.

The site has a staging environment, user registration, image upload, admin panel, and production environment. The code currently lives on Gitlab.

The backend is written with Nest.JS. The frontend is written with Next.JS. The site uses Elastic for search and DocumentDB. Everything is hosted on AWS except for the front-end, which is currently on Vercel (would like to move back to AWS).

About you

We're looking for someone with the following background:

• 4+ years experience in full-stack Javascript development (React / Next / Nest)
• Experience with the AWS ecosystem
• Experience with Elastic / DocumentDB
• Able to work 20 hours per week long-term
