We’re a remote team with members based in Bali, Australia, Ireland, and the Philippines, and we’re scaling fast. With a major client acquisition campaign now underway, we’re looking to bring on a Meta Ads Specialist to help us deliver at a higher level — while reducing delivery friction for our team.

About the role
This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) to start, with clear progression to full-time as soon as your results prove you’re ready and we scale new accounts.
We’re looking for a high-performing, independent Meta Ads Specialist with native-level English, deep Meta Ads experience, strong copy instincts, and high attention to detail.
You won’t just be building ad campaigns — you’ll help shape the entire acquisition funnel, improve messaging, and make sure everything flows seamlessly between ads, landing pages, and GHL-based nurture sequences.
We need someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and is comfortable operating autonomously while still being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Meta Ads setup, strategy, and optimisation for clinic clients (primarily medspas)
Build and launch conversion-driven campaigns using our 3-tier framework (Awareness → Retargeting → Nurture)
Create and QA ad copy (headlines, descriptions, CTAs) that meet Meta’s compliance policies in the medical space
Review and proof SMS campaign copy (written by our GHL team) to ensure messaging follows brand tone and guidelines
Analyse campaign results weekly and recommend optimisations
Collaborate with our GHL specialist to ensure nurture flows, tracking, and CRM integrations are functioning correctly
Communicate with clients to assist with ad account setup, access, and asset collection
Log all campaign tasks and updates in ClickUp
Contribute to improving internal systems, ad playbooks, and offer frameworks
