About the role
What You’ll Own
- Launch Amazon FBA from scratch
- Own everything from keyword strategy to listing optimization, PPC, reviews, and offer testing
- Coordinate with our internal ops team for inventory, promotions, and forecasting
- Work directly with the founder on strategy and growth targets
- Build toward Amazon becoming 30% of our total revenue in 3 months
- Expand into new geographies (CA, AU, UK) and marketplaces (Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy)
You’ll Thrive Here If…
- You’ve launched or scaled 7-figure Amazon brands — your own or others’
- You know Seller Central like the back of your hand
- You treat Amazon like a game — and you play to win
- You have your own SOPs, playbooks, keyword frameworks, and testing systems
- You’re more operator than strategist — you move fast and iterate
- You love A/B testing main images, tweaking copy, and watching CVR climb
- You’ve said “reviews are the real algorithm” at least once in the last month
