Marketing Operations Manager [CLOSED]

He runs DemandWing, a digital marketing agency, and ABMWing, an agency focused on account-based marketing strategy, playbooks, and technical integration for MarTech solutions and tools.

The team at DemandWing is looking for their next Marketing Operations Manager who will work together with Brett to manage the systems and processes. This is a fantastic role for a detailed-oriented professional with strong organisational skills; if you are knowledgeable in both paid search and SEO and want to manage the marketing technology and campaigns whilst showing off your flair for organising processes, you might just be the perfect fit!

Within this role, you will be in charge of setting up new software systems and creating documentation for the rest of the team (also known as tutorials or SOPs). Support and training will be provided to you, especially during your first month, and, once you join the company, you will have an opportunity to meet the rest of the team and learn more about the business model. There are also opportunities to continue your training after the first month, and even obtain certifications in order to help you excel as a Marketing Operations Manager.

The DemandWing team is looking for a motivated professional with excellent organisational skills and an interest in marketing. Therefore, in order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Ability to implement and evaluate new software, run reports, and build dashboards
  • Experience creating and documenting SOPs
  • Some SEO and paid search marketing experience, preferably with B2B startups or high-growth companies
  • A great work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to ask the right questions
  • Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Flexibility to be available during Eastern Standard Time working hours
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and Paid Search

Brownie points for experience in / knowledge of ABM, such as 6Sense, Demandbase and an overall understanding of B2B SaaS. Extra bonus points too if you’re familiar with affiliate marketing.

What’s in it for you?

  • $1000 - $2000* per month
  • Full-time & fully remote employment
  • Flexible working hours; ideally, with the majority of your time online and available for meetings between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday, Eastern Standard time
  • 10% paid learning time, mentorship & coaching with an opportunity to specialise
  • Quarterly raise opportunity, annual bonus & a performance-based variable component with the opportunity to 2x annual salary.
  • Technology & hardware stipend (after 90 days)
  • Travel allowance for company events
