Marketing Operations Assistant - 100% remote - Full Time Position with Opportunity for Advancement [CLOSED]

As the marketing operations assistant you will be soley responsible for a marketing tasks in support of our online training division.

You will schedule broadcast emails, set up new lists in auto-responders, schedule webinar using gotowebinar.

Create new products in Karta and set up affiliate tracking

Make simple changes to web pages editing HTML or Word Press

Perform marketing tasks on LinkedIn

Update tracking logs in google docks and google sheets and google forms.

Research solutions to problems on Google.

We will provide training videos for all of these tasks

But you must know what all of these things listed above are but you don't need to know any specific systems we will train.

You need to be available to work 8 hours a day Monday through Friday as this is a full time job, the hours you work are flexible but you need to be available for our daily check in meetings from 10AM-11:30AM EST. All of our team works remote and we will provide training and support.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills, and take on more responsibility as we grow

• Intelligent, Self Motivated, Highly organised and Confident in asking questions -

• Extremely organized

• Hard-working

• Reliable - We need you to be consistently available Mondays through Fridays with no excuses

• A plus would be experience with TimeDoctor as we use this for tracking work (not required)

• A plus would be that you have business experience because this could help with making inteligent comments (but a smart person will do)

• A plus would be any experience in marketing (not required)

• We will ease you into the role so you don't get overwhelmed so you will work 10 hours the first week, the second week you will work 20 hours a week, the third week 30 hours a week, and from then on 40 hours a week, salary will be pro-rated for those intitial weeks. The full time position pays $400 per week based on 40 hours of work, we pay every week.
