About the role
Who we are…
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote BURG Translations’ services and solutions to potential and existing clients
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources across different channels and platforms, such as website, social media, email, SEO, PPC, events, webinars, etc.
- Track and analyze the performance and ROI of marketing activities and provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of marketing messages and goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the language services industry
- Create and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity and voice across all marketing materials and channels
- Manage and update the company website and blog with relevant and engaging content
- Plan and execute online and offline events and webinars to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement
- Design, create, and produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, case studies, white papers, etc.
- Develop sales enablement and sales playbook to assist the sale and account management team.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute and manage marketing projects and campaigns

This position requires excellent communication and writing skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the language services industry or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to write clear, content that drives action
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Passion for languages and cultures

- This is a remote, full-time position as part of our team. You may be located anywhere in the world for this position but must have good internet connectivity.
- You must be willing to work US hours - 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.
