Agency Mastery 360 is currently on the search for an exceptional, full-time Marketing Manager to join their team and take their marketing efforts to new heights.

As the Marketing Manager, you will take the marketing responsibilities from the CEO and play a key role in building the brand on YouTube and social media. Your attention to detail, creative eye for design, and resourcefulness will be critical in telling better stories of how the company helps and reaches more people.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Build the brand on YouTube and social media platforms, by leveraging the company's expertise and success stories to reach more people and effectively communicate the value of their services.
  • Create engaging and impactful micro-content from the podcast and YouTube channel, with a focus on storytelling and demonstrating the company's ability to help agency owners achieve their goals.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media and content calendar, with an eye toward capturing leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Edit videos, design creative work, and report to the CEO to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and goals.

In the first few weeks, you will be fully immersed in the company, getting to know the team, learning about the clients' success stories, and listening to the podcast and watching the videos to develop a plan of action that leverages their skills and strengths. The goal is to quickly become a valuable member of the team, contributing to the company's growth and success.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Experience in building a brand on YouTube and social media platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate the company's message to a wider audience
  • Ability to create micro-content from podcasts and videos
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of creating and managing a social and content calendar
  • Experience in lead-generation strategies
  • Video editing skills, ideally in Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere, and a creative eye for design
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Familiarity with the marketing industry and the latest trends and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
