Nuworld Energy is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and establish the foundation for the marketing department. Ideally, the person who fills this position will grow to become the Chief of Marketing, working at a top-performing company within an emerging industry!

The company is looking for someone with expertise in marketing, someone who can come in and be able to use their skills and knowledge to manage social media, internal PR, and other areas of marketing. You are not someone who uses a “one-size fits all” approach to marketing; instead, you will learn about the business and use your aptitudes to build a system and manage all aspects of marketing for Nuworld Energy.

The training will take approximately 2 weeks and will include a gamified onboarding process where you will receive a deep overview of the company and its vision. This is a full-time position, and there is some flexibility when it comes to choosing your own working hours. However, you need to have a minimum of 5 hours overlap within the typical 9-5 workday EST.

To be successful in this role, you need experience in:

• Email marketing
• Content marketing
• Copywriting
• Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Sales funnel design
• Direct mail marketing
• Analytics analysis

3+ years of experience in each skill set above would be highly favoured. You also need to be someone who is confident in your abilities and has proven yourself in other positions and other opportunities. Ideally, you would be able to generate 50+ leads per month using marketing techniques you will learn at Nuworld, as well as your own expertise.
