Marketing Implementer/Operations Lead (Part-time)

⚙️ - We’re looking for a Marketing Implementer / Operations Lead to help execute marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Strategist

💪 - You are detail-oriented, organized, your strength is execution (we have ideas, we need people to help execute them fast). ​​For this role, we don’t need creativity, we need someone who is structured and has technical skills.

➕ - You’re technical, know WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, feel comfortable learning new software, you know how to work with developers, how to install pixels yourself, etc.

📑 - Great work ethic and project management skills, ensure day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly by building things yourself and with the team.

💰 - $20 - 32 USD / hr (based on skills and experience), may lead to a full-time position after a few months of successful cooperation

📈 - Mid-Senior Level (3-5 years experience)

🎯 - 20 hours per week / part -time

⏰ - Flexible working hours

📍 - Work from home or anywhere you prefer as long as you’re based in the Americas/Europe/Africa/Middle East timezone

Because of our dynamic expansion, we’re looking to add a new person to our lean marketing team to execute ideas faster.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working with the marketing strategist - you’ll discuss ideas together, make a plan and your job will be to execute them until they become a reality. We have a lot of ideas, but need a rock star integrator to put those ideas into action.

Here are some examples of projects that you would run:

- Coordinate a reactivation campaign with a developer, graphic designer, copywriter and analytics person to send out emails, text messages, push notifications and gather data to evaluate results.

- Order a new batch of audio, video, image creatives from Fiverr contractors according to specs from the media buyer.

- Work with an analytics person to create a dashboard that would automate marketing cost reports by channel

ABOUT YOU

  • You have great technical skills and feel comfortable learning new software, experience with typical martech tools like Google Analytics, email marketing software, Google Tag Manager, installing pixels, etc, dashboards of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Very good level of English language both verbal and written. Being a native English speaker is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, project management, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with developers and analytics people.

  • Experience in Online marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising.
