About the company

We are an online art school specializing in digital courses (both live and on-demand) with a small selection of physical products (notebooks, magazines, art supplies). We offer both one-time purchases and subscription-based products.

We teach all subjects - from portrait, to animals to landscape, all mediums - from pencil to watercolor to acrylics, and all levels!

We are a team 3 full time and 5 contractors. Amongst us are visual artists, pianists and musicians, writers, travel lovers; we value excellency, creativity and communication!

About the role

NOTE: This role is preferably for someone who understands French. If you don't speak French, you will need to install a translation in your browser to read our sites' pages and copy.

I'm looking for a Marketing Executive Assistant to help me perform my role on a day to day basis. 

Your mission is to operate an entire funnel and its product following my general instructions to drive higher conversions, recurring buyers, and increased ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). We are focusing on info-product in the niche of art classes.

Our primary customer acquisition channels include:
✔️ Live webinars
✔️ Direct-response marketing via Facebook
✔️ Lead generation combined with email marketing follow-ups

🔹 Your key responsibilities:

• Do the day to day media buying on Facebook Ads and provide ad angles and ideas to improve performance
• Lead and execute customer acquisition strategies determined by the team
• Come up with copywriting angles, storytelling, objection handling for emails as well as ads and video scripting
• Optimize funnels (landing pages, email sequences, offers, UX, etc.)

You will work alongside me (marketing direct) and the team and will need to be able to understand everyone's role to report the performance of the execution in the team.

The schedule is flexible, but you will need to have some synchronous working hours with the team, currently based in America (EST)—for example, some hours between 8 AM and 12 PM EST.

The initial workload is estimated to be 15-20 hours per week, with a ramp up as the training is completed and more responsibilities are taken on.

About you

Your experience interest me more than your education!

Note that the role involves funnels and emails than are in French. 

If your already speaking, that's amazing; if not, all strategy, decision making and team communication can be done in English, but a translation tool would be needed for your work probably. 

✅ Must-have skills & experience:

• Proven record of managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns
• Experiences of funnels and high-converting sales pages
• Strong ability to undertand our audience and generate creative marketing ideas
• Experience setting up complex email automations (segmentation, triggers, sequences)
• Familiarity with tools like:
  • ClickFunnels
  • Shopify
  • ActiveCampaign
  • ManyChat
  • Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Zapier

✅ Performance expectations (with proven results):

• Has managed funnels generating $50-100K+ per month
• Has handled ad budgets of $40-70K+ per month
• Experience leading and managing a marketing team
