Marketing Coordinator for Leading White Label SEO Firm [CLOSED]

We believe in building a team of excellent search marketers that can help our agency partners succeed through white label SEO services. We are SEO Brothers and we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with English speaking and writing skills and a background in content creation interested in developing their strategic thinking, SEO, and marketing skills to ensure SEO Brothers gets found on the web.

This is a full-time, remote work opportunity. Our Marketing Coordinator will need to work primarily EST time zone for at least the first 3 months to ensure proper training and may have the odd meeting scheduled during this timezone thereafter. However, there is a lot of flexibility day to day.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a number of marketing initiatives including content creation, market research, supporting our podcast with transcriptions, podcast and link outreach, social media, and more.

You will work closely with both the CEO and Director of Revenue and Growth on special marketing projects, along with a team of Account Executives to best support the sales process.

Some of your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Consistently publishing industry SEO guides for a variety of industries on our website.
• Conducting research into the top SEO providers in a variety of cities to "score" and maintain a list of "best" SEO companies.
• Support marketing automation efforts to nurture leads and convert them into booked calls.
• Basic video and audio editing if needed.
• Building show notes from podcast episodes.
• Creating written case study documents based on data from successful SEO campaigns.
• Maintaining social media channels and distributing podcast and team content as needed.

You are an ambitious marketer who knows the SEO industry looking to join a team to work on helping our business grow. Some specifics, experience, and qualifications you should have:

• You are an excellent English writer and communicator with experience in content creation, content marketing, and technical writing within the SEO industry.
• You have experience working within the SEO industry.
• You have experience in outreach - whether link outreach, cold email, or podcast booking.
• You are comfortable with tools such as Active Campaign, HubSpot, and other marketing automation suites.
• You understand good email etiquette as well as "knowing your customer" when it comes to the language used in communications.
• You are extremely organized and can manage multiple projects at a time.
• You have experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• You have experience working from home, with a reliable internet connection and a reliable computer to work from.
• You have the ability to work the EST time zone for the first 3 months of training and the odd meeting thereafter.

Bonus points if:

• You're familiar with ClickUp.
• You're familiar with Surfer SEO
• You're familiar with the Google Apps Suite.

What To Expect:

The first couple weeks at SEO Brothers you will likely spend going through company training, meeting new team members, and understanding our partners, business model, and how we operate. We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Sococo.

After this, you will dive in quickly and learn and tackle new marketing projects on a continuous basis. You will report to the Director of Revenue and Growth and work closely with them and the CEO to accelerate.

Hours will be 40 hours per week with schedule flexibility for appointments or anything as it comes up during the week.

Given the time zones of most of our revenue and growth team, this role does require primarily EST time zone overlap, or at least the ability to attend meetings during this time when needed into the afternoon EST.
