Marketing Assistant/Graphic Designer [CLOSED]

NOTE: This position is REMOTE. Work from anywhere! PART-TIME to start, but if things go well, FULL-TIME after that.

We are a fast-growing commercial construction company that continually finds new ways to deliver class-leading building design, construction, and project management to clients in Wisconsin and other parts of the United States. Our team values efficiency, creativity, and the customer experience above all else.

We are regularly creating proposals for clients that require professional design and fast turnaround times. The person hired for this position will mainly be responsible for creating these proposals in Adobe InDesign based on CRM data and input from the sales team. Quick response times and attention to detail are extremely important.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Creating new marketing materials
• Finding new ways to present marketing materials
• Video editing
• Other sales and marketing tasks

Requirements for this position (please read carefully):

• Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign
• Proficient in MS Excel
• A solid command of English with reasonable grammar and vocabulary
• Can type fast (at least 55wpm, without typos)
• Give great attention to detail and care deeply about the quality of your work
• Are able to dedicate at least 20 hours a week to our projects (if things go really well, we’ll contract you full-time)
• Are excited to receive a starting salary of $500–$600 USD / month (part-time), with periodic raises (based on merit and performance)
• Have consistent access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection
