We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will support the marketing team in all functions of the department. The ideal candidate is a team player with demonstrated leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to see the big picture.
We want someone curious who’s always eager to learn more!
As the new Marketing Assistant, you will:
During the first week, training will be provided on marketing platforms and processes. You will meet the team including time for one on one conversations with each member, and learn more about the company’s marketing plans. After that, you will meet with the Marketing Manager, review processes and the team’s quarterly goals, and then jump in with oversight from the Marketing Team. This role will report to the Marketing Project Manager but will work with the CEO and marketing consultants, agencies, & freelancers.
This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to set preferred hours. However, you need to be available to work eight hours within the range of 6 AM PST to 9 PM EST to overlap with the rest of the team.
This position is perfect for someone looking to learn more about the overall marketing & social media strategies and execute with close, supportive management that will allow you to learn and grow in the job.
You’ll have a chance to learn all aspects of digital marketing from a leading brand in the weighted blanket category, and support a product that truly helps people sleep better and feel better, in a meaningful and sometimes even life-changing way.
