Marketing Assistant - 100% remote, part-time [CLOSED]

Our company is Agents Invest, and we help US real estate investors and real estate agents achieve their goals of building passive income streams through real estate investing. We do this through our online membership, a 7-week training program, monthly webinars, virtual summits, and a referral program.

We have two separated social media channels that need to be managed - one is for investor-related content, and the other one is for agent-related content. We need someone who is tech-savvy, hard-working, team worker, takes initiative and has high attention to details to help with our marketing. It is important that this person has experience with real estate, and is already familiar with real estate strategies and language. This fully remote role is a great opportunity to really develop and grow with us. This person will work closely with the marketing manager to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. We will provide the necessary tools and support.

In addition to assisting with marketing efforts, the ideal candidate will also take on various assistant tasks to help daily operations run smoothly, including but not limited to: updating our database with listing changes, processing gifts for investors, and updating client records.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content
  • Create content that adds value, is educational, and is engaging - Make it fun and interesting!
  • Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
• Assist with social media management for large projects, events, and community management
• Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction
• Send email campaigns
  • The copywriter will write the content, we need someone to upload emails to ActiveCampaign, check links, add images, and schedule them to go out
• Gather weekly reports
  • ActiveCampaign: email results and leads
  • Google Analytics: traffic
  • Social media performance
• Upload blog posts
• Research properties for updates
• Process gifts to investors via Amazon
• Keep databases up to date

You must have experience, or can quickly learn, the following tools:

• ActiveCampaign
• Airtable
• Asana
• Business Facebook (not required)
• Canva (or any other image editing tool)
• Google Analytics
• Sendible
• WordPress

Requirements:

• Excellent written English
• Experience with Real Estate content
• High attention to detail
• Experience with online content creation

• Ability to learn quickly
• 6+ months experience with marketing

This is a part-time (15-20 hr/week) position, with possibility of increasing to full-time in the future. We are a fully remote working global team. We primarily operate on the PST time zone and our marketing team is in the European timezone. The flexibility to make your own hours is a key benefit to joining our team.
