Thanks for reading my job ad. My name is Dana, and I run www.legendaryleadgen.com - we are a lead generation company, and we serve our clients primarily by managing email outreach campaigns on their behalf.
We are currently looking for a full time administrative assistant who can help us to manage our backend processes. Some of these tasks will include:
Organizing our spreadsheets
Sending emails on behalf of our clients and managing the replies as they come in
Finding contact information for people/companies (you will be trained on this, but if you already know, DEFINITELY say so)
Setting up new email accounts for our clients
We will be training you for all the tasks in this role, but the following skills will come in very useful:
Experience using Excel, or even better, Google sheets
VERY LIGHT experience with HTML and spreadsheet formulas
Working hours will be normal working hours for the European time zone. We are a bit flexible as to what time you start and stop, as long as your work gets complete.
