Inmod is looking for a Logistics Specialist and Customer Service to manage all aspects of its logistics. It will require setting up freight LTL shipments, creating small parcel labels, sending tracking to customers and managing & paying freight invoices.
The four key areas of focus in this role will include:
✅Arranging freight and small parcel shipments
✅Making sure items ship out
✅Making sure freight invoices are handled correctly
✅Communicating with customers about shipments (Customer Service)
You will report directly to Brian Greenspan, the COO, and you will work with and interact with all of the customer service staff. You will also have to work closely with the warehouse to ensure items ship in a timely manner.
Ideally, you already have experience dealing with LTL freight; however, numerous aspects of the role can and will be taught. Support and training will be available for about two weeks as you join Inmod and it should take approximately 2 weeks. During this time, you will learn more about all the areas of the business and how logistics fit into the current system.
