We are a small team lead by two owners who take the roles of CEO and COO. We have advertising, SEO, customer support specialists, an admin and social media assistants. We also work with contractors for on demand projects on a regular basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will help us monitor, forecast and order stock for all geographies and platforms that require it. This role will be interacting with the COO and the COO's Administrative Assistant on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities as a Logistics Manager will include:

• Ensuring inventory is always in stock
• Managing warehouse and communication
• Managing logistics and shipments
• Managing customs/importing/exporting
• Forecasting demand
• Managing customer support
• Monitoring stock levels
• Communicating with external stakeholders
• Taking ownership of systems and processes
• Making orders

The skills of the most suitable candidate:

• Excellent command of technical English: verbal, written and keyboard skills
• Attention to detail and an ability to working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work well under pressure and work efficiently in the absence of managers as is a remote role
• Highly organised
• Strong mathematical abilities including calculations and data manipulation/analysis
• High internet and online proficiency with internet based programs including browsers, online storage/collaboration tools, and video/chat programs
• High level of proficiency in the use of Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) and Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLookUps.
