With a small remote team, the company wants to create a result-oriented culture, focusing on performance and goals rather than the hours worked. Reliable and responsible team members are encouraged to work independently. Ambition and passion are rewarded, and everyone is eager to get things done & achieve the best possible results!

Right now, Moose Brands is looking for an Amazon Business Generalist to join its team, specifically to manage Inventory (logistics, forecasting) & Amazon Account Manager (account health, and other Amazon issues).

As the new Logistics & Amazon Account Management Specialist, you will be responsible for

🟢Logistics; more specifically, you will:

  • Take care of proper inventory planning
  • Handle storage & warehousing (AMZ FC’s & 3PLs)
  • Coordinate supplier / PO / Q.C
  • Handle international logistics and importing
  • Oversee work done by different parties such as contractors or virtual assistants
  • Independently perform tasks and projects assigned and deliver satisfactory results on time
  • Have complete ownership of production/labelling/supply chain-related tasks
  • Manage returns - you will have an understanding of the numbers around returns and have a system for minimising returns and maximising the value of returned items. You will also ensure that the company is getting paid back by factories on what is agreed

  • Create, manage, and improve the processes on ClickUp and Google Workspace
  • Suggest improvements to the business

🟢Amazon Account Management; more specifically, you will:

  • Create and organise shipments to FBA with both the 3PLs and Manufacturers
  • Manage dimensions, FBA fees, lost inventory, returns, and refunds issues with Amazon
  • Create and manage Amazon support cases for the situations mentioned above (typically via phone calls or emails)
  • Manage Amazon listings & Account troubleshooting (Category problem reports, performance notifications, review merging, etc)
  • Be in charge of FBA Inbound Reconciliations when needed

During the first few weeks, you will get to know the business while starting to assume responsibilities and ownership of different tasks, with full support from the CEO (Zalman) and General Manager (Juan).

This is a full-time position with some flexibility when it comes to working hours. You will be expected to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, but there is no need to work specific hours as long as you are available to participate in scheduled meetings.

Does this sound like a role for you? Ideally, you have the following:

  • Solid experience with international freight and supplier relations management
  • Solid English skills, both written and spoken
  • Supply chain management experience for physical products (via sea & air freight)
  • Excellent Google Sheet skills
  • Ability to spot areas of improvement in supply chain management processes
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and adapt it to the growing needs of the business
  • Willingness to work on developing new processes as needed
  • Excellent demand planning, forecasting and freight coordination skills
  • Great work ethic: you are happy to be taken accountable, and you take initiative
  • Great communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset, strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to the completion of projects on a timely basis

To be successful in this role, you also need:

  • Integrity → You are a good fit if you can be honest with your team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to a small team. If you can't hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.
  • Commitment → The company has previously hired freelancers, but they are now looking for someone loyal and looking for a long-term work position. This is not for you if you're just looking for a few months of work or you want to take on multiple remote jobs.
  • Desire to learn → You need to be open to learning new skills and taking on new projects and figuring things out as you go. If you are not excited about improving your skills and trying other writings outside of descriptions, this is not for you.
  • On top of this, you need to be self-driven, imaginative & able to think outside the box. This role is perfect for someone who is willing to take initiative and work independently to solve problems, with the ability to identify areas of improvement. You also need to be an excellent communicator and able to manage several VAs, keeping track of tasks and projects.

Joining a small team comes with a huge scope for future growth, so if you’re looking for stable long-term work where you can learn & grow, this may be the perfect place for you. If you are a more experienced candidate and believe you deserve a higher salary, please let us know your expectations - the company is open to negotiations for top-quality candidates!

What’s in it for you?

  • $1500-$2500* per month, depending on experience
  • Full-time & fully remote role
