Linux Admin [CLOSED]

Hello,

We are our expanding our startup online and need an Linux Pro, to grow with our company.

We are looking for someone to help us setup a custom linux distro on a bootable USB drive.

This will START as a part time position but has potential to grow in terms of responsibility and salary with experience and by exceeding our expectations.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Work with us to decide which Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Mint, etc.) to use for our bootable stick
Remove unnecessary software from OS
Make sure the bootable stick is secure
Install drivers, create fixes and workarounds so most computers (incl Macbooks) are compatible
Write startup scripts
Optimize boot processes
Troubleshoot issues
Ongoing upgrades and support

We are looking for someone with Linux experience. Please respond with a with text “Linux Pro” at the top so I know you read through the job posting.

Conversational English is absolutely necessary.

We would like to hire someone from Eastern Europe.
