You will manage the communication flow through LinkedIn all the way from our system connecting with them to the point of getting their contact information to ultimately end up with a lead for us or a client.

This job is great for someone hardworking, a natural salesperson, extremely high standard of written English and who enjoys being a part of a very open and friendly UK startup team!

The story

Snowball Creations is a marketing, sales and social media agency. We offer powerful growth tools like content, competition management, PPC, Linkedin Lead Generation and more. We’re also developing our own suite of software to create greater value for our clients and the team. Software creates leverage to make our jobs easier while delivering a better result for the client. We aim to be as ‘smart’ a business as we can! We’re growing rapidly with over 600% growth from Feb 2020 to Feb 2021 so now in need of expanding our team!

Where do you fit in?

One of our most successful services we offer is our LinkedIn Lead Generation. This is a super powerful tool for driving b2b leads to any business. There are many companies that offer DIY tools but the reality is that to build a scaled and consistent lead generation process you need a huge amount of learning and systems in place. So we offer that Do It For You approach for brands looking for the best results.

Your role as LinkedIn Executive Assistant is to help manage the communication flow through LinkedIn for our network of profiles and our clients within the LinkedIn messenger inbox.

So the job is to be a chameleon of sales. One of the big positives of this job is that you have me, Max the founder, as one of your main trainers and sales is what I’m best at and these systems with LinkedIn are the best in the market. I haven’t found anyone that delivers results as good as ours.

The work in detail

We run automation software that collects targeted groups of people from LinkedIn, sends an invitation to connect and then sends a pitch message.

From that point there is a manual human bit of selling to be done to get from that pitch moment through to gaining the email address or other contact info from the potential lead. Once they give their contact info you log that new lead into a CRM system to be converted by us or our clients.

So this flow is what you will be in charge with. There will be opportunities to do more in the future but this is your primary task.

Essential hard skills and experience required

  • Extremely high standard of written and spoken English.
  • 1 year + of experience in any form of sales or customer service.
  • Some understanding with marketing more broadly.

Bonus points

  • Linkedin Lead Gen experience or other Linkedin experience generally.
  • Google / Facebook / LinkedIn paid ads experience.
  • Significant SEO experience.
  • Worked within marketing agencies before.
  • Worked within startups before.
