WLDM is looking for a Link Building Team Lead. If you want to work with an A-player team of professionals and actually make an impact, this may be the perfect fit for you!

You’ll be working alongside the Account Managers and Onboarding Manager. You’ll be responsible for executing the company vision and to make this happen, you will need to develop and maintain day-to-day operations, be obsessed with organisational clarity, and ensure that our link-building department and system are working cohesively.

Within this role, you will:

• 2+ years of experience in retention marketing and strategy development
• Create, implement, and own the company's link-building strategy
• Manage and guide a team of freelance link-builders and VAs to build links and meet monthly goals
• Suggest new ideas for link-building strategies
• Ensure quality backlinks and maintain healthy backlinks profiles for each client
• Engage in link-building, prospecting and campaign scheduling (when needed) and set an example for the team as a team leader
• Work together with the content manager to define off-page content strategies and provide recommendations to Content and SEO teams on how we can improve our chances of gaining high-quality backlinks
• Report monthly work and progress to the team and clients
• Share knowledge and strive to improve the processes and quality of the work

This is a full-time role, and you can have the flexibility to create your own schedule as long as you are able to attend the meetings with the team and the clients.

During the first few weeks, you will receive training and get to know the team & the company. You’ll be expected to be proactive and contribute to the processes, but the management will provide support as long as you need it. If you share their values, WLDM is ready to invest in your training and ensure that you are set for success!

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Very good knowledge, or at least understanding of the features of Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog
• Possess near-native English skills and the ability to express yourself in written and sometimes spoken form
• A negotiation mindset in order to follow the blogger on Twitter, ping someone on LinkedIn, or even call for a link when you are really near closing a deal.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Moz, Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Ninja Outreach, Mailshake, Scrapebox, Upgrade to see actual info and similar automation programs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt in a very dynamic SEO environment
• A good internet connection
• You must use the company’s time-tracking software so we can pay you based on the productive hours spent
